Azure Blue - Seasons

Lately, I’ve been reading.
Some novels are misleading
the seasons of the heart.
There’s a time for holding on
and a time for letting go.

And I know I’ve been down
for the years that shook my ground
I got bad, I got sad.
But the world keeps spinning round.

The years pass, we get older
the seasons make us colder
and the world might change a bit.
But we don’t forget those eyes.
The eyes that shook our grounds.

And I know I’ve been down
for the love and liaisons.
You get bad, you get sad.
But the world keeps spinning.

You lose your heart, and you lose your game.
You find the rhythm and lose it again.
And then you’re trying to
find the reason but it’s gone.
And you just can’t get it back.
