Blonde Acid Cult - Shake It Loose

After being on holidays for two weeks I’ve made myself hop back on the treadmill and start running again. I would run near my house, but as the only scenery in these parts is dusty dirt roads, brown paddocks and dairy cows, it tends to get a bit monotonous after a while. So instead I run in the loungeroom with the telly on and the Ipod blaring.

The tune I’ve been trotting to this week is ‘Shake It Loose’ by New York indie rockers Blonde Acid Cult. No idea where I picked this track up from – it would’ve been from one of my Mashup sessions no doubt. I love this song, it’s great for running. High energy with catchy hooks and a driving beat.
