Clepsydra - Fleeting Moments

I didn‘t care before
How could this be so incredible
But that morning, woke up as usual in our bed
I realized!
I didn‘t want to get out
The evening before became morning
I turned to the other side
But that thought became so bright
And kept me awake.

So I left it forming in the air
And finally I realized it‘s so incredible
After that, as it came, it flew away.

It happens, yes, it happens to everybody

To ask yourself why
But only sometimes, or less than sometimes
You get an answer...
And there it is, other times clear
As the sunlight.
But only for a few seconds
And to show you that life isn‘t easy
It disappears taking away
That small glimpse
Of happiness.

And then we try and try again
To ask ourselves why
But who knows, when will the sunlight
Kiss us again.
